In this module, we are going to explore an edge of our identity and learn how to use the potential that lies beyond it.
Our Self is a process. We create our identities based on some experiences, leaving out these that do not fit to an idea of who we are or who should be. Yet on the other side of the edge there is a lot of hidden treasure: the emerging diversity of the Self to be discovered.
We will also start to explore our ability to Lead with presence, which means putting one’s personal psychology – including feelings, moods and thoughts – to the service of all the others in the group. This compassionate attitude is one of the most important meta-skills a leader can exercise. Its presence or absence determines the atmosphere in the field.
Ultimately, facilitation of our inner and outer experiences is like a Dance. We aim to become fluid in our ability to bring out and move between many roles in a field. To acknowledges and honor the silent parts, welcome criticism, and be able to take our own side as well the others side. To understand when we become one-sided and invite others to fulfill the leadership/facilitation role. Thus, in this way we start to enter in to our own sense of the eldership. Developing a wider sense of Space and Time.
The Elder, the deepest part of us is seasoned by the pain of failure, the joys of success, anger in the face of injustice, guilt from having acted unjustly, the loss of close ones through death, and her own mini deaths. So gradually we become a container for the whole. We become increasingly transparent to the on-going process of life and are there for all of the parts.

We will focus on:
– Noticing and recognizing signals of an edge while working with individuals, couples and groups
– Learning specific techniques to work on an edge
– The relationship between our internal edge, the context and our relationship
– Internalized oppression and the Critic: the reintragration of History and personal Power
– Developing meta-position while going to an unknown territory beyond the edge
– Discovering personal power hidden in each experience over the edge
– Unfolding our leadership abilities that are waiting to be used in the world: Leading from deep within.

The First School of Process Work and Deep Democracy in Italy!

To spread Process Work in Italy we thought of a learning process that can be maximally adapted to the needs of those who decide to join it. If you feel interested in participating to our school project, please contact us and tell us your dreams, needs and availability.

Mission: this training course in Processwork and Deep Democracy aims to teach the principles of a new multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural paradigm able to work with individuals, couples, groups, organizations, communities and the environment, recognizing and facilitating the creative processes and evolutionary. It provides an  organic and solid theoretical framework, and a range of practical tools to deal with all aspects of our personal and collective experience that we feel disturbing, problematic or painful. The firm belief is that even the toughest conflicts, whether internal or external, bring within them their own solution, and that the ability strongly requested is to give voice to both the totality of the whole as much as to each of its parts.

The key is the practice of awareness to become aware of the flow of signals and events (process) – even the most subtle – that occur in the “field” of our experience, both the subjective one and the objective one shared in the present moment and, even more deeply, at the level of our essence. These signals are potential indicators of how to turn seemingly impossible problems into experiences of healing and personal and collective growth. Developping different types of attention to reality, appropriate attitudes towards our and others’ human experience and a special trust in the “creative intelligence” of life allows us to deal with a broad spectrum of human experience by tapping into a deep wisdom that is already there ready to use, contained in the very nature of the events.

The Italian School of Arte del Processo e Democrazia Profonda has created a learning path that can be maximally adapted to the needs of those who choose to be part of it.

Fields of application and intervention: from personal inner work to facilitate conflict in large groups, the bodily symptoms, dreams and altered states to community building, creativity and expressive arts exploration of relationships, from the psychology politics, medicine to evolutionary science, from economics to spirituality. Any field of human experience is a scope of potential.

To whom is addressed  the school: This theoretical and practical-experiential training is aimed at all those students, those professionals and others, team-leaders, mediators, managers, teachers, trainers, coaches, psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, physicians, holistic therapists, artists and performers who want to learn and deepen their expertise in the field of personal and social development, organizational development, group facilitation and conflict resolution, therapy and creative expression.

Welcome Diversity. Anyone who decides to take the commitment to actively participate in the school is in Welcome *: There are no special requirements and the diversity of the group will be an incentive to work together: diversity of gender, sexual orientation, course of study, culture, etc. .
